Join Lidl as a Warehouse Operative with our new 'drop off shift' option designed to accommodate school drop-offs and pick-ups.


Our warehouse operates 24 hours a day, offering multiple shift options to fit around your schedule. Available shifts include:

Early Morning shift

: 5:00am - 2:00pm

Morning shift:

7:00am - 4:00pm

Drop off shift

: 9:30am - 2:30pm

Full Day shift

: 9:00am - 6:00pm
What you'll do


Enjoy flexible work hours with our enticing shift options:07.00AM - 4.00PM or 09.00AM - 6.00PM. We provide rosters 3 week in advance. Move and pic all food types and non-food products Ensure stock is packed and transported according to the highest standards Work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments Working in selections, you will be responsible for picking goods onto pallets to meet our store's needs You will work with a voice operated headset which will guide you where to go and what you need to pick, this is the role of an order picker in the selections department You will work towards structured performance targets so each day you will know what tasks you need to complete
What you'll need


Comfortable with Manual Handling Equipment, such as an order picker forklift A flexible can-do attitude Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment A good team player Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl

12.40 per hour rising to 14.10 per hour after 3 years Additional supplements paid depending on the days & hours worked

Basic Rate 12.80 16.00 (Unsocial Hours) 19.20 (Overtime/Sundays)

After 2 Years

Basic Rate 13.40 16.75 (Unsocial Hours) 20.10 (Overtime/Sundays)

After 3 Years

Basic Rate 14.10 17.63 (Unsocial Hours) 21.15 (Overtime/Sundays)
