We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced

Warehouse Operative

who is also confident in a

customer-facing showroom role & good customer services

. This is a varied and hands-on position combining warehouse duties with direct interaction with customers in our showroom.

We are looking for someone with a

strong work ethic

,

good organisational skills

, and a

willingness to learn new skills.

A

forklift license

,

first aid training

, and

basic computer skills

are preferred but not essential. Product knowledge is also beneficial but can be learned on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders Receive and book in goods, maintaining stock accuracy Carry out regular stock checks and manage inventory levels Organise and schedule deliveries to ensure timely customer fulfilment Prepare and arrange international shipments Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse

Showroom / Customer-Facing Duties

Serve and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner Stay informed about our products to provide effective advice and guidance Assist with setting up and maintaining attractive showroom displays Support sales by recommending suitable products and services

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Comfortable in a customer-facing role Forklift license (preferred) First aid training (preferred) Basic computer literacy Organised, reliable, and proactive A team player with a positive attitude
