**IMMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE**
Pay rate: \xc2\xa310.60 + per hour plus enhancements for skills, shift & overtime
Gi Group is working on behalf of a Pets at Home to recruit Warehouse Operatives to work at the brand new modern warehouse in Stafford.
The Role of a Warehouse Operative:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Working in the distribution department
- Picking, packing, preparing and wrapping items ready for dispatch
- Inspecting & quality control of items
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Pay good attention to detail
- Working at high speeds and meeting company targets (KPI\'s)
- Work with team colleagues to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness and always complies with company and legislative standards.
Shift & Pay:
Pay Rate - \xc2\xa310.60 - \xc2\xa311.82 per hour (depending on trained & core areas worked)
Night Shift Allowance + 20%
Overtime - Time + \xc2\xbd
Rotational Shifts (06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00)
Sunday to Thursday, Tuesday to Saturday
Friday to Monday (Work 4 Shifts Paid for 5 Shifts)
Fixed Shifts (22:00 - 06:00)
Sunday to Thursday, Tuesday to Saturday
Friday to Monday (Work 4 Shifts Paid for 5 Shifts)
The Person:
- Driven and motivated to achieve targets set
- Punctual and excellent attendance records
- You will have at least 6 months previous experience within warehouse environment or as a warehouse operative
- You will have a good work history - (have an up to date CV).
- Manual handling up to 25kg
- Will be flexible to do overtime, also work at short notice
- Will be motivated and look for long term work (as our client is looking to keep staff who he can train for long term work)
