We take customer experience extremely seriously at Bedfolk, and the warehouse is where this really comes to life. You'll help us delight our customers, as well as ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities of our Warehouse Operative include:

Picking, packing & dispatching customer orders. Processing customer returns and exchanges. Supporting on quality control checks. Working closely with our Customer Care team to ensure issues regarding fulfilment, exchanges, and returns are managed in a seamless way. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in the warehouse. Carrying out safety checks. Managing stock in the warehouse.
Most importantly, our Warehouse Operative needs to have a positive, hard working, self starting attitude, be a good communicator, and enjoy working in a team.

We are looking for temporary support - starting asap and running until the end of March, with the possibility to extend depending on circumstances. Ideally full time but open to part-time or shorter hours (e.g to fit around other jobs or school pickups).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour
