We're looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team as a
Warehouse Operative / Trainee Fabricator
. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who's keen to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
The role is varied: you'll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, assist in stock control and housekeeping, and receive structured training in plastic fabrication. You'll work closely with multiple departments including saws, CNC, packing, and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
Put stock away and help with regular stock checks
Assist saw and CNC departments with materials
Help the packing team with order prep and courier booking
General labouring including sweeping, bin emptying, and workspace tidiness
Trainee Fabrication Duties
Learn to fabricate plastic components using hand and power tools
Develop skills in polishing, line bending, bonding, and routing
Read and understand job sheets and technical drawings
Work with the team to produce high-quality fabricated items
Who We're Looking For
Punctual and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
Practical and willing to get stuck in
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit and able to lift/move materials safely
Keen to learn and build long-term skills in a production environment
