Job Description

FireSealsDirect are seeking a Warehouse Operative who can focus on the pick and pack process, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently to our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess key skills like: attention to detail, the ability to work independently and within a team, exceptional organisational skills, being able to meet deadlines, flexible attitude and commitment to maintaining safety standards at all time.

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products based on customer orders, utilizing handheld scanners and picking lists. Carefully pack products for shipment, ensuring items are secure and protected to prevent damage during transit. Conduct quality checks on items before packing to ensure that the correct products and quantities are dispatched. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies as necessary. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks. Report any damaged items to management. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain a positive and courteous attitude towards visitors, customers and members of the public. Serve customers who come to collect orders in a professional and timely manner. Share continuous improvement ideas with supervisor on a regular basis.

Requirements:

UK Driving License Stock control experience Customer facing experience Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage

Pay: 26,044.72 per year
