Job Summary

Looking for a little extra work that fits around your life?

We're looking for reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operatives to help out on a zero-hours basis, perfect for parents or anyone wanting extra shifts when things are quieter.

You'll be helping our logistics team with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products to keep everything running smoothly. It's active, team-based work that slots in around your other commitments.

When shifts become available, we'll give you a shout -- if you're free, great! If not, no worries. If you're hardworking, flexible, and looking to earn a bit extra in your spare time, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and process incoming deliveries Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and stock accuracy Conduct stock counts and assist with stock rotation Ensure safe packaging of products and correct labelling Follow health & safety regulations and company procedures Support colleagues and assist with additional warehouse tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic numeracy and communication skills Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures

Work Schedule & Contract

You'll be offered shifts "as and when needed" -- no guaranteed hours. Shifts are typically communicated via Text Message. You can accept or decline any shift offered, depending on your availability.

Contract & Employment Status

This is a zero-hours "On Call" contract. You will be classed as a "worker" with full legal rights.
