Contact Marketing (NI) Ltd based just a short distance outside Randalstown, Co. Antrim, are proud to announce a full-time position for a Warehouse Operative / Van Delivery Driver with attractive rates of pay.

Working hours are between Monday - Friday, dayshifts, 8am to 5pm but can be flexible depending on duties required by the company.

Job Responsibilities

Full day-to-day responsibility for collating and building customers orders. Ensuring that orders are picked & packed correctly to a high standard. Checking in and storing of goods received into the warehouse.
Delivery drops using one of our vans or potentially one of our 7.5 Tonne lorries (should the candidate have the suitable credentials to drive a 7.5T vehicle) as and when required.

Warehouse Operative Responsibilities

Checking in of purchase orders received. Ensuring the quantity received matches the that of the order placed. Stock control within the warehouses. Logging damaged or unusable products to a non-conforming area. Participate in the full stock takes. Picking, packing & dispatching orders. Picking the items into a central area packaging to a high standard and ensuring they are ready for collection. Ensuring discarded product packaging is recycled into the correct areas i.e. cardboard & plastics. General tidying of the warehouse e.g. brushing and shelf tidying. Ensuring processes that have been developed are followed to maximize efficiency of overall warehouse and dispatch operations.

Delivery Responsibilities

As and when required, being responsible for making deliveries to our B2B customers using our vans or 7.5 tonne lorries when required. Ensuring orders are delivered in a timely, suitable and courteous manner.

Essential Skills

Good organisational skills. Efficient at reading packing instructions. Full clean standard driving licence.

Desirable Skills

Valid forklift licence Category C1 driving licence/credentials to drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle with driver CPC
