About the Role:

This is a hands-on, full-time position combining warehouse operations with delivery driving. You'll play a key role in preparing and delivering our luxury linens, tableware, and event products to prestigious venues and private clients. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a small, passionate team making every event unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Loading and unloading linens, plates, cutlery, and glassware. Delivering and collecting products to and from event venues across the UK. Ensuring timely, safe, and professional deliveries. Maintaining accurate inventory records and warehouse organisation. Assisting with stock checks and quality control. Providing excellent customer service on-site. Supporting the team with general warehouse duties as required.

About You:

Full UK driving licence (essential) Experience in a warehouse or delivery role (preferred, but not essential) Physically fit and comfortable with lifting/carrying Organised, punctual, and reliable Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Flexible and able to work occasional evenings/weekends during busy periods Passion for delivering great service and representing a luxury brand
