Option 2 - FLT Operative (Counterbalance) - Attitude-Led Team

Location: Northampton

We're building a warehouse team that values

ownership, teamwork and professionalism

. We're now looking for

Counterbalance FLT Operatives

who want more than just a driving role -- people who want to contribute to the wider operation.

The role

You'll be a key part of the day-to-day warehouse flow:

Loading and unloading vehicles Moving palletised stock Supporting picking, packing and stock control Using warehouse systems Helping keep the site safe, organised and efficient
You'll be one of the people others rely on to keep things running.

What matters to us

We're looking for:

A valid Counterbalance FLT licence

A positive, proactive mindset Willingness to help wherever needed Pride in doing things properly Team-first attitude
Other MHE experience is welcome but not essential.
