Warehouse Operative

to join our logistics team.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Operative to support our busy warehouse operations. This role involves loading and unloading heavy stone materials, organising stock, and using warehouse equipment such as forklifts. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload goods using forklifts and manual handling of pallets Organise and maintain warehouse stock Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch Conduct routine equipment and safety checks Maintain a clean and organised working environment Follow all company health and safety procedures

Requirements

Physically fit and capable of manual handling Strong attention to detail and understanding of safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to different tasks

Desirable Skills

Valid forklift licence Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment Confidence in using lifting equipment and handling heavy goods Willingness to learn and support additional warehouse duties as required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
