We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. Duties

Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels. Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling of materials. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. Conduct equipment repair and maintenance as needed to ensure optimal functionality. Handle materials with care, adhering to safety protocols during all operations. Utilise forklifts for moving heavy items within the warehouse environment. Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse space to promote efficiency.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage. Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment repair tasks is beneficial. Proficiency in basic mathematics for inventory management and record keeping. Experience in materials handling and knowledge of safety practices in a warehouse setting is essential.
