Warehouse Operative / Forklift driver - Great Staughton

Are you a hardworking, reliable individual looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic warehouse environment? We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Great Staughton! We are recruiting for a full time, permanent position with plenty of overtime available, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience and develop new skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency Loading and Unloading trucks & vans with a counter balance forklift (Must have a recognised forklift license, not internal). Engaging in heavy lifting and manual handling tasks Maintaining attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards Using problem-solving skills and common sense in daily tasks

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit, as manual handling is a key part of the role Experience with Health & Safety, and COSHH is desirable (but not essential - training will be provided!)

Additional Information:

Hourly Rate = 12.71

Overtime Rate (for anything over 40hrs per week) = Time and a half

Monday to Friday
