Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and experienced

Warehouse Operative / Reach Truck Driver

to join our warehouse operations team. The role focuses primarily on

stock picking and putaway

using reach trucks, ensuring accurate movement and storage of goods within the warehouse. You will help maintain smooth warehouse flow, accuracy in stock management, and high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate

reach trucks

safely and efficiently to carry out

picking and putaway

tasks. Move stock between storage locations and replenish pick faces as required. Accurately pick items according to warehouse management system (WMS) instructions or pick sheets. Perform stock rotation and assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks. Maintain clear labeling and organized storage areas. Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or location issues promptly. Follow all site safety procedures and ensure trucks are operated to standard. Support general warehouse duties when required (e.g., housekeeping, assisting colleagues).

Requirements

Valid

Reach Truck License (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)

. Proven experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a picking and putaway role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Working Hours & Benefits

Shift:

1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Overtime:

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 12.75-14.00 per hour
