About the Role:




We're hiring

Warehouse Operatives

for a busy logistics site in

Lincoln

, working on either afternoon (1pm - 9pm) or night shifts (1AM - 9AM).


You'll be part of a fast-paced, hands-on team where no two shifts are the same. Reliability and a positive attitude are key - experience is helpful but

training will be provided

.

What You'll Be Doing:




Loading and unloading vehicles

Sorting, scanning, and moving parcels or stock

Picking and packing items

Following health safety procedures

Working effectively in a team environment

#

What We're Looking For:




Punctual and dependable attitude

Ability to work at pace and meet targets

Comfortable with manual handling

Experience in a warehouse environment (preferred but not essential)

Flexibility for either

afternoon

or

night shifts
