We're currently looking for a

hands-on, reliable Production Operative

to join our manufacturing team. If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same and where you'll be part of a supportive, high-performing team--this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with the production and packing of road marking materials Labelling and preparing pallets for dispatch Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records Keeping the production area clean, safe, and organised Supporting other teams and departments as needed Following all health & safety standards and operational procedures
What We're Looking For

A positive team player with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting
