Job title:

Warehouse Operator - Fixed Term (4 week contract) / Casual Flex Hours

Reporting to:

Warehouse Operations Manager

Main purpose of role:

To assist in the overall completion and dispatch of customers' orders in a safe, timely and efficient manner

Key tasks:

To receive pick lists, packing and dispatch documents. To pick, fill, pack, label, and seal orders ready for dispatch in an accurate and timely manner. To maintain high levels of Health and Safety standards ensuring adherence to company policy. To be able to load and unload trailers and containers following manual handling training. To deliver customer-focused service and deliver high quality standards in line with QC procedure when offloading or preparing products for dispatch To maintain effective communications with colleagues and the Operations Management Team.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives.

Work Pattern:

5 days per week (Sunday to Saturday) 7am - 5pm To effectively support our operations team during the current peak period, to ensure efficient service delivery.

Education and Qualifications:

A basic level of numeracy and literacy.

Relevant experience:

Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential. Must be able to demonstrate previous consistent performance within a fast-paced physical role.

Special Attributes/Individual Performance Characteristics:

A general level of physical fitness required to operate within a physical warehouse environment. Demonstrate Bazaar Group behaviors.
