What's this role all about?

We have some great opportunities for

Warehouse Operators

.

When working in our small Services and Despatch team, you will be responsible for loading the packaged chocolate up ready for sending out.

As and when, you will work in our warehouse in the Goods in and Goods out areas. You will be busy checking you are sending out the products and in the right quantity as well as receiving deliveries and accurately checking them in.

You will follow GMP practices, and help the Multi-Skilled Operators. Health and Safety is of course at the forefront of our operations and you will need to adhere to our standards. Our Factory team work hard to meet their KPI's and by working efficiently and effectively each person makes an important contribution to their team.

Our shifts are typically Monday - Thursday, 39 hours per week, 9 hours 45 minutes per shift. starting at 7am, 8am or 9am.

You need to be flexible to work these shifts and able to get to us - we are at PO20 7BT, Birdham Business Park!

We need you to:

Have good physical stamina Be able to stand for long periods of time working Be reliable Be diligent Be methodical and thorough Inspire Lead Deliver Be a clear communicator and collaborate with your team Have English Level 2 Ideally have Warehouse experience or working in a Factory environment but this is not essential as we will train and teach you everything you need to know!
