Warehouse Operators (recycling)

Job Description
A busy recycling facility based in Alness is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Operators to join their team. If you're someone who likes physical work and making a difference behind the scenes, this could be the job for you.
What you'll be doing:
Switching between picking line and warehouse tasks Sorting mixed waste such as construction waste and house clearance waste, removing bulky items Separating materials into relevant bays like wood, plasterboard, plastics, rocks and blocks Handling confidential waste through shredding along with cable stripping, baling plastics/cardboard and metal sorting Grading metals using handheld tools to identify ferrous vs non-ferrous
Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week) Occasional Saturday overtime 12.21 per hour, weekend overtime paid at 18.32 per hour
Contract Details:
2 to 3 weeks, however may extend beyond this depending on business requirements
These positions are ideal for those who are reliable, physically capable and comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment. Experience in waste management or manual handling is beneficial but not essential - enthusiasm and a strong work ethic go a long way! If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
