Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control, efficient materials handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Efficiently pack products according to company standards and specifications. Perform picking and packing tasks, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment. Handle materials safely, Maintain an organised workspace while adhering to warehouse management systems. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards before shipping. Assist with shipping and receiving processes as needed, including stocking inventory. Lift heavy items as necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, particularly in packing or shipping roles. Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment is essential. Experience using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory is an advantage. Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts. Excellent attention to detail, particularly in quality control processes. A proactive approach to teamwork and communication within the warehouse environment.
