: The successful applicant will be working for family run business, where everybody is important to the smooth running of the company.

The role is to work in our warehouse, picking and packing but if someone has the right skill set there is chance that they could advance within the business.

Speed and accuracy are essential and there is a lot of manual handling, so applicants must be physically fit.

Tasks / responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing orders. Decanting/repacking. Loading and unloading lorries/vans. Completing paperwork. Unpacking stock and checking in and restocking shelves. Daily tidying of the warehouses. Follow instruction/procedures and work in a safe, efficient manner.

Skills/Qualifications

Organise and prioritise. Communicate to a good standard. Recognize that attention to detail is paramount. Ability to multitask. Demonstrate good levels of practicality/manual skills. Must be able to work independently but also importantly work as part of a team. Good levels of Maths and English. Must be reliable, professional, punctual and have a mature attitude. Having a counterbalance forklift licence is not essential but would be an advantage. At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment is required.
The successful applicant will become part of a friendly team so will want to work for the company for the long-term.

Hours of work will be from 8:00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm on Friday with 30 min lunch break. Start date: Immediate Applicants must be legally entitled to work full time in the UK.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
