This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking Warehouse Production Engineer to join the iLockerz team, based in Birmingham. iLockerz Ltd manufactures the world's most intelligent range of equipment management and charging lockers for industries as diverse as Education and the Military and is on the hunt for a dedicated Warehouse Production Engineer to contribute to our production line, ensuring high-quality assembly and adherence to safety standards while playing a vital role in the success of our innovative products.

? Skilled in assembling physical equipment, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
? Knowledge of safety protocols to ensure compliance and the safe handling of materials.
? Proven ability to support and maintain production equipment, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
? Proficient in using both hand and power tools for assembly tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
? Experience in Goods Inward/Goods Out processes
? Experience in executing production processes efficiently while adhering to timelines and
quality standards.
Qualifications: Electrical qualifications are a plus, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
Requirements: A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assemble and configure company products in accordance with established protocols and specifications, reporting directly to the Production Manager.
? Ensure proper integration of components and adherence to quality standards, keeping the Production Manager informed of any issues.
? Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance, escalating any major concerns to the Production Manager.
? Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and assembly issues, providing timely and effective solutions, and communicating significant findings to the Production Manager.
? Perform repairs and replace components as necessary, minimising downtime and keeping the Production Manager updated on progress.
? Maintain detailed records of assembly activities, including quality checks and repairs
performed, and submit reports to the Production Manager for review.
? Gather feedback from team members and communicate insights to the Production Manager to improve assembly processes and product quality.
? Participate in team meetings and training sessions led by the Production Manager to share knowledge and best practices.
? Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations while performing work, ensuring the Production Manager is aware of any compliance concerns.
? Ensure all work is conducted safely and compliantly, minimising risks to self and others, with regular updates to the Production Manager.
