Job Description

- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse team associates
- Set sales targets and goals for the team and ensure they are met
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to maximize sales performance
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills to effectively manage tasks, schedules, and priorities
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred
- Ability to sell products and services effectively
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
