About the Role

We're looking for a strong, confident leader to take charge of our warehouse operations. This is the senior presence on the warehouse floor -- the person who sets the tone, keeps the team moving, and makes sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and to standard.

If you're the type of person who naturally steps forward, takes ownership, and doesn't shy away from holding people accountable, you'll thrive here. Ideal backgrounds include hospitality management, retail management, logistics, manufacturing, or the armed forces.

What You'll Do

Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring the team stays focused, productive, and organised. Take full ownership of the shift -- if something needs doing, you make sure it happens. Hold team members accountable when standards slip, with confidence and fairness. Keep the warehouse running on time: picking, packing, loading, receiving, inventory checks. Motivate and support the team, especially newer or less confident staff. Maintain a safe, tidy, and disciplined working environment. Anticipate issues before they become problems, and resolve them proactively. Ensure processes are followed and suggest improvements where needed. Communicate clearly with management on performance, challenges, and progress.

What We're Looking For

A natural leader

-- someone who sets the pace and isn't afraid to give clear direction. Experience running a team in a fast-moving environment (warehouse, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, military, or similar). Strong presence on the warehouse floor: calm, confident, and respected by others. Able to hold people accountable without drama. Organised, reliable, and comfortable making decisions independently. Someone who genuinely cares about standards, safety, and doing things properly. Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Comfortable with hands-on leadership -- you lead from the front, not the office.
