Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Shift Manager, Week 1, 3 on 4 off, week 2 4 on 3 off.

To join our family run independent team in the 2 person home delivery industry the ideal candidate will have a passion for the logistics and home delivery sector.

You need to also come from a similar role with a focus on delivering quality and customer service. This is a boots on ground operation the Warehouse can not be managed from an office.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts including warehouse and drivers
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Ensure compliance within the company guidelines
- Supervise and train staff members
- Manage in processes ensuring everyone is meeting the standards of the business
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed

Skills:
- Strong background in logistics management
- Ability to help and support team members effectively
- Proficient in warehouse and delivery processes
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations
- Excellent team management capabilities
