We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced

Shift Manager

to join our team in a fast-paced

transit warehouse

environment. This role is primarily warehouse-based, with some office duties, and involves managing operations related to the loading of domestic and international trailers and vehicles.

As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while motivating and guiding the team to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage your team during assigned shifts. Ensure timely and accurate loading/unloading of domestic and international trailers and vehicles. Monitor and manage productivity, workflow, and adherence to safety standards. Support office tasks such as reporting, planning, and shift handovers. Maintain clear communication with other departments and shift managers. Address issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays or disruptions. Train, coach, and mentor team members, leading by example at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong understanding of transit warehouse operations, including domestic and international shipping. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A "can-do" attitude and ability to thrive under pressure. Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards. IT-literate and comfortable with office-based administrative tasks.
