Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and approachable

Temporary Warehouse Supervisor

to join our team at our Longshot Lane location in Bracknell during our busy peak season. You will be working alongside our core team to keep our operations running smoothly, supervising up to three temporary team members on your shift, and ensuring daily targets are met.

This is a hands-on role -- you'll be contributing to the manufacturing and packing process as well as keeping the team focused and on track. Full training will be provided, so while you don't need prior manufacturing experience, you do need proven experience supervising a small team in a warehouse or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise up to three temporary warehouse team members during your shift, ensuring productivity and accuracy. Contribute directly to order picking, packing, and manufacturing processes. Monitor progress against daily targets, encouraging and supporting the team to stay on schedule. Reassign tasks as needed to balance workloads and maintain workflow efficiency. Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organised workspace. Maintain a positive, team-focused atmosphere in the warehouse.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience supervising staff in a warehouse, production, or similar setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Confident in guiding and motivating a small team. Able to adapt to changing workloads and priorities. Excellent organisational skills. Basic computer literacy (training provided on our systems).

September & October: Monday to Friday,

7.00am - 3.00pm

November & December: Tuesday to Saturday,

3.00pm - 11.00pm

Pay:

28,000 per annum pro-rata Full training provided -- no prior manufacturing experience required.
