Job Description

To help plan and support a team of operatives, to achieve daily workload, to predetermined productivity and service level targets, with total compliance to all legislation appertaining to Health & Safety, Employment Law, EU and company hygiene standards.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will champion operational efficiency by effectively managing team members and resources, ensuring that productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. You will:

  • Lead and manage a warehouse team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Brief Team Leaders and cover for Shift Managers as needed.
  • Input data into WMS operations.
  • Ensure accurate, timely loading across all temperature zones within quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support the team effectively.
