Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with an internationally renowned leasing provider who require a highly commercial and technical Warehouse Solutions Specialist to work across the UK and grow their direct sales. Responsibilities

Develop direct end user business throughout the UK by consulting on customer fleet's, residual values

Work with various vendors & integrators to ensure customer's are getting the most out of warehouse products and services

Be supported by a team based in the UK and abroad to ensure customer requirements are met

Be proactive in providing advice to end user's on various material handling equipment to include forklifts, fleet management, automation and robotics

Design and set up the management (processes) of material handling fleets in addition to performing analysis of this

Requirements

Given the responsibilities of the role, our client requires an individual with strong sales & commercial experience within the Warehousing & Logistics sphere. You will have ideally worked within the forklift truck, automation or racking industries for a number of years and have the ability to work with large, corporate customer's. You will also be able to provide a high level of consultation to customer's managing 100+ fleet's with the ability to assist them in getting the most out of their current fleet and overall capital equipment. This includes assistance over residual values and ensuring they're working with the right vendor's for them from both a cost and technical point of view. As a highly sales focused individual you will also have a strong technical appreciation of the warehousing environment with the ability and interest to work on large projects.

With over 1,000 employers worldwide, they have a strong presence within the healthcare and technology sectors and a material handling division currently operating in Germany where the head office is based. Their success in this area has led them follow a new strategy in developing the UK, France, Belgium and the Netherlands and therefore now require a new Warehouse Solutions Sales Specialist to assist them in achieving this through the UK.
