Job description

We are building a small team to perform the early morning sorting and loading before the vans go out on road for their deliveries. We are more interested in you and your capabilities than previous experience.

We offer:

12.50 per hour Additional incentives during seasonal peak periods As we operate 6 days per week we require Saturday working on a rotation basis but work hard to balance needs across the team Leadership and promotion opportunities with accompanying pay increase
Once trained you will be located at our client's station, sorting and loading their parcels and we therefore expect exemplary customer focus in order to uphold Shifters relationship with the client. You must be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative to complete your tasks and support the team.

You must be:

Able to work the 4 scheduled hours from 04:00 to 08:00 Dedicated, flexible and able to follow correct procedures to deliver exceptional customer service Able to pass a drug and alcohol test Able to commute to and from the client's Dewsbury station Able to sort and load high volumes of parcels of up to 46kg each Able to speak, read and write English to a good level
