Warehouse Stock Assistant / Relief Van Driver


Location: Winsford, Cheshire


Salary: 22,932 to 23,037 per annum


Hours: 35 per week (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)


Contract: Permanent


Driving Requirement: UK manual driving licence held for minimum of two years

As a Warehouse Stock Assistant & Relief Van Driver, you'll play a key role in collecting, sorting and preparing donated and corporate stock for delivery to shops across the UK. Your work helps generate vital income for our services. Are you ready to be part of a team that turns generosity into impact?


What will a day in the life of a

Warehouse Stock Assistant involve?



Sorting and labelling donated and corporate stock to meet quality standards. Preparing stock for delivery to shops and ensuring safe storage and movement. Identifying high-value items for online sale and processing Gift Aid donations. Supporting the smooth running of our donation drop-off service. Covering for the Van Driver, as required, which will mainly be for holidays or absences.

What does it take to be a successful Warehouse Stock Assistant?



Strong organisation and prioritisation skills. A team-focused attitude and willingness to support others. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and warehouse needs. To be physically able to lift and carry loads (within Health and Safety Manual Handling criteria).
You will only be required to cover for the Van Driver in their absence. This role is mainly based in the warehouse.
