Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and familiarity with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock placement on shelves. . Operate forklifts safely to load and unload products. Assist in picking, shipping materials for delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stock levels of products. Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is essentail, particularly in inventory management and control. Familiarity with retail sales processes, including cashiering and customer service skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for warehosue duties. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in retail math for accurate inventory management. Excellent organizational skills to manage stock efficiently and effectively. A proactive approach to cleaning and maintaining the work environment is essential.
