equipment, having 80 branches around the world. Our company specialises in three distinct segments of this market: physical therapy, cardiology, and medical aesthetics.

In order to support the continued rapid growth and development of BTL, we are seeking high-quality people to join our challenging and forward-thinking working culture.

We have an exciting opportunity for a self motivated Warehouse and Stock Control Assistant to join our team, in a stand alone position maintaining the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a structured and well organised warehouse, and working with the management team to ensure stock levels are maintained to avoid shortages.

Duties:

Keeping the warehouse clean & tidy, well organised and hazard free. Ensure that all company procedures are adhered to and that all Health & Safety regulations are followed. Responsible for receipt of goods coming into the warehouse and moved to correct location. Assembling BTL Devices for despatch/delivery and demo's. Despatch of promotional and consumable goods to member clinics. Working closely with the sales and clinical teams to prepare machines for demonstration and training purposes. Occasional driving duties during peak periods, or supporting drivers/engineers with larger item deliveries. Accurately checking stock levels and reporting any potential for shortages. Accurate inputting of information onto the stock system. Performing general warehouse duties as required. Sending out marketing materials & merchandise, whilst maintaining stocks.
Requirements:

- Willingness to learn and adapt with the ability to work on your own initiative, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in stock control and warehouse operations

- Ability to multi-task and take direction from management on prioritising workload.

- Ability to work to tight deadlines with strong organisation skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and should be PC literate.
- Experience in shipping and receiving would be a distinct advantage.
- Forklift / Counterbalance certification is essential for this role.

- The ideal candidate will be physically fit to meet the requirements of the role, which will include lifting and moving medical/aesthetic devices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
