Job Overview

We are looking for a

Warehouse and Stock Control Specialist

to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate stock management, and efficient supply chain processes. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and maintaining system accuracy to support the overall productivity of the business. Experience with SAP or Oracle EBS will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock handling, loading, and unloading. Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain accurate records and prevent shortages or overstock. Manage warehouse locations and ensure goods are stored and dispatched correctly. Use SAP and Oracle EBS systems to track shipments, process orders, and generate performance reports. Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues quickly. Analyse stock and supply chain data to forecast demand and recommend improvements. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Prepare and present reports on warehouse and supply chain performance to support management decisions.

Qualifications

Hard-working and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Previous experience in warehousing, inventory, or supply chain management preferred. Familiarity with SAP or Oracle EBS is highly desirable. Strong analytical ability and confidence working with data. Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
