Collect and Display is one of the UK's leading distributors and retailers of collectible blind boxes, figures, and pop culture merchandise. We work with some of the biggest global brands in the collectibles space, supplying retailers and customers across the UK and internationally.

We've recently expanded to a new warehouse facility in Leicester, and we're looking for a hands-on

Warehouse Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day operations and help us maintain an organised, efficient, and high-performing warehouse.

The Role

As

Warehouse Supervisor

, you'll be responsible for ensuring all warehouse activities run smoothly -- from receiving shipments to preparing orders for dispatch. You'll manage inventory organisation, oversee inbound and outbound processes, and help maintain a clean, safe, and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations. Manage

incoming shipments

-- checking deliveries, unboxing, and quality control.

Sort, split, and organise stock

according to order requirements and storage locations.

Prepare goods for collection

by couriers and partners. Ensure efficient

pallet movement, storage, and organisation

within the warehouse. Keep the warehouse

clean, safe, and well-structured

at all times. Support with

inventory checks, stock counts, and system updates

. Work closely with management to identify and improve workflow processes. Supervise and assist warehouse team members as the operation grows.

Requirements

Previous experience in a

warehouse, logistics, or distribution

environment. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Ability to lift and move stock/pallets safely (training provided if required). Proactive, reliable, and hands-on attitude. Forklift or pallet truck experience (advantageous but not essential). Basic computer skills for managing stock and deliveries.
