Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team .

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in warehouse management, ensuring that operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. This role is essential for overseeing daily activities, supporting staff, and enhancing the overall output of the business.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Manage and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations and maintain high standards of up-keep in all areas of the establishment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock levels for operations. Collaborate with management to develop new ideas to improve our processes. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address any operational challenges.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices and regulations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Experience in I.T is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including Sundays as required by the business needs. Be local to or able to commute to Cwmbran.
