We're looking for a proactive

Goods In Supervisor

to manage our inbound warehouse operations. You'll lead a small team, ensuring deliveries are received accurately, stock is checked, and warehouse processes run smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure the business runs efficiently and safely.

You'll need to:

Supervise Goods In activities and the warehouse team. Ensure accurate checking, booking-in, and documentation of stock. Monitor KPIs, productivity, and operational quality. Support training and development of your team.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in warehouse operations Previous team leader or senior operative experience Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS/ERP Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Confident communicator with the ability to lead a small team Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
