The Role

We are looking for an

International E-commerce Supervisor

to lead our International Parcel Processing Team at our Luton Hub. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly environment where teamwork and innovation drive success. This is a 12 month fixed term role to cover Maternity Leave

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the international parcel processing team to meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets. Plan workloads and shift schedules during peak and non-peak periods. Monitor and report team performance, sickness, and absence. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Conduct inductions, training, and team briefings. Liaise with other supervisors to balance staffing levels. Complete internal and external reporting accurately and on time. Perform warehouse operative duties when required. Provide payroll information and support ad hoc tasks as needed.

About You

We're looking for a proactive, highly organised self-starter with:

Proven experience in managing and motivating teams. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Competence in English, Maths, and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the international parcels industry

Pay: Up to 29,400.00 per year
