Overview of Role



H&M Distribution are actively looking for an experienced proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join their friendly team within their Warrington Depot. Offering a competitive salary, personal development, and a benefits and incentive package.

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the 1pm - 11pm shift leading team to ensure all vehicles are loaded/ unloaded safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures ensuring customers products are treated with care and internal systems are updated where appropriate.

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years' experience of a similar role within the logistics / warehousing industry preferably working in a palletised network.

Responsibilities



Leading the 1pm to 11pm shift Direct supervisor responsibility for team Daily handover with Day shift supervisor Ensuring vehicles are loaded and unloaded safely and in accordance with the load manifest information Undertaking and Overseeing the labelling process by your team ensuring labels are allocated to the correct consignment and assigned on the system to the palletways portal. Ensuring accurate stock records are maintained using google sheets and the palletways portal. Keeping the warehouse organised and compliant with Health and Safety standards. Ensuring Alert office checks are undertaken daily. Liaising with the Transport desk regarding deliveries and collections. Undertaking loading / shunting and operation of scissor lift as and when required.

Person Specification:



Previous experience in a line management role Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar warehouse role Previous experience in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator, collaborative style and people management skills. Previous experience in palletised warehouses desirable Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure. Results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement. Experience with Shunting, Scissor Lift and Fork Lift (must have relevant training).

Salary:

36,000 per annum

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, between the hours of 1pm - 11pm,
