Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor, to join our team based in Eurocentral, Motherwell.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible in achieving Industry leading KPI's in Health & Safety, service, and performance.

Managing all aspects of the receipt, handling, and despatch of stock.

Monitor sickness and absence through effective Management skills.

Accountable for Health & safety requirements and events in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and Contractors.

Ensure all customer service requests are dealt with efficiently.

Driving a can-do culture by adopting a hands-on approach.

Develop and mentor members of your team.

Ensure a smooth and timely handover is executed.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience of Warehousing/Cold store environment.

You must be a strong communicator, who is able to prioritise tasks in a timely organised manner.

Excellent people management skills required.

Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literate must be proficient with Microsoft packages and WMS systems.

Ability to work well with others.

Attention to detail.
