Warehouse Systems & Training Coordinator (ftc)
Job Description
Define, document, and maintain departmental training needs and gaps across Operational, EHS, GMP, Quality, Problem Solving, Risk Assessment, and Personal Development areas. Maintain accurate training records for all Warehouse personnel. Support Managers and Supervisors in delivering consistent on-the-job training and validation. Develop and coordinate personal development and training plans to meet departmental goals. Facilitate and participate in off-the-job training programmes, including Forklift Truck training. Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure consistency and compliance with site-wide training standards. Deliver and maintain GMP training with the Plant GMP Program Manager. Ensure all personnel are trained and compliant with relevant SOPs and Codes of Practice. Manage documentation control, including validation, updates, and maintenance of SOPs and process documentation through OpenText. Ensure the departmental Skills Matrix is current and accurate, using it as the basis for individual training plans. Lead or contribute to departmental and cross-functional improvement projects as required. Level 3 Diploma (Or Equivalent) is desireable. Forklift Truck Certificate or experience would be advantageous to the role.
