Salary: 27,165.25 per year (equivalent to 13.89 per hour including shift premium)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2.30 pm - 10.30 pm (no weekends)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Join our friendly team at Ralawise, where you will manage an area of the operation, ensuring that we deliver goods to our customers in a safe, accurate and efficient manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the productivity and accuracy of your team's work through motivation and constructive feedback. Ensure that your department is always clean, organised, and flowing well. Manage resource effectively to ensure full utilisation and efficiency. Interrogate any errors identified and work to understand root cause and address. Complete regular audits to ensure that processes (both operational & H&S) are being followed. Deputise for Shift Management where necessary. Motivate and empower employees. Ensure the appropriate training and development of all employees within your department takes place and is documented correctly. In addition to these functions, you will be required to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required to meet the needs of the business.

About You

A strong focus on H&S good practice and awareness of its upmost importance. A result's driven, self-motivated approach focusing on working to and exceeding targets safely, even when faced with challenges. A strong commercial instinct in relation to the impact of your role and department on customers and the business. Experience of leading teams to successful outcomes using strong communication and interpersonal skills, handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. High standards of work and personal presentation that ensure you, and your team always portray the correct image of the Company.
