Key Responsibilities
Lead, organise, and coordinate the daily work of warehouse team members
Provide the team with necessary tools and ensure smooth, efficient operations
Support stock-taking and process optimisation activities
Maintain order and care for warehouse property, equipment, and materials
Conduct team evaluations, training sessions, and safety briefings
Supervise compliance with working time recording, work clothing, and PPE usage

Requirements
Proven (+1 year) experience in a similar role, ideally in a warehouse environment and knowledge of logistics systems

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
