32,030.00 (including Shift Premium of 2,000 per annum)

Shift Patterns:

Rotating weekly across Days (06:00-14:00), Afternoons (14:00-22:00) and Nights (22:00-06:00)

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to lead and motivate a team within our busy Caerphilly operation. If you're a natural leader who enjoys getting stuck in, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting others to achieve their best -- this could be your next step.

What you'll do

Lead and support your warehouse team to hit daily and weekly performance targets Oversee all warehouse activity - goods in, stock control, and dispatch Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across your shift Train, coach and develop team members through regular one-to-ones and feedback Drive continuous improvement and help shape how we work.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role Strong leadership or team leader experience (minimum 3 years preferred) FLT licence essential; IOSH or similar safety qualification desirable Confident communicator who leads by example Reliable, adaptable, and focused on maintaining a safe, high-performing environment

The Role

As a Warehouse Team Leader , you'll lead a shift team to deliver operational excellence across picking, packing, and dispatch.
You'll be responsible for safety, performance and team development, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across your shift.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support warehouse operatives to achieve KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), picking accuracy and productivity targets Oversee day-to-day operations across goods-in, goods-out, and stock control Conduct onboarding, one-to-ones, appraisals and ongoing staff training Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote safe working practices Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and team performance Collaborate with Warehouse Management and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
