Mallows Bottling & Beverages is a father-and-son owned business located on a former coal mine, operating from a spacious 30,000 sq.ft. facility. We specialise in contract bottling for major retailers and produce our own range of beverages, ensuring quality and efficiency in every bottle.

Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team at Mallows Bottling & Beverages in Coedely, South Wales. This pivotal role will oversee warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products, maintaining high standards of safety, and supporting the warehouse staff to deliver on daily targets while upholding our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Organise and monitor stock movement, storage, and accuracy. Operate counterbalance and reach trucks safely and effectively. Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance within the warehouse. Support reporting and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and SAP systems. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse.

Requirements

Valid

Counterbalance Forklift

licence. Valid

Reach Truck Forklift

licence. Confident using

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, Outlook). Some working knowledge of

SAP

(or similar warehouse management systems). Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
