Join our fast-paced team and take charge of stock accuracy and inventory control. You'll lead counting operations, resolve stock discrepancies, and ensure smooth product flow from storage to despatch. You'll lead a small team of 4-5 people, ensure counting and maintenance of accurate stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all inventory counts and ensure accuracy meets targets
Manage deleted orders, free stock, and back order creation
Investigate NSF (No Stock Found) issues and resolve artificial back orders
Maintain logical, labelled bin locations and ensure correct SKU sequencing
Oversee stock movements with care to avoid damage and errors
Remove obsolete stock within budget and communicate with procurement
Set up NPI pick face layouts and bin locations for storage/picking
Process customer returns accurately and on time
Use Excel and WMS systems (SAGE, Datalinx, New Horizon) confidently
Manage racking layout and minor repairs (beam changes, A-frame setup)
Ensure correct procedures for Uform scrappages

What You'll Need:
3+ years' experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role
3+ years' inventory management experience
Forklift/ Reachtruck Licence (Desirable not essential)
Strong attention to detail and leadership mindset
Flexible and proactive approach to work
Confident using software and systems
Positive, motivated, and safety-conscious
Approachable and friendly
