We are now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 22:00 to 06:30, Monday to Saturday morning.

The Role




As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations during the night shift at our new Widnes site.




You'll take ownership of your shift, overseeing regular activities to make sure all products are handled safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures and customer requirements.




Managing a team of FLT Drivers and General Operatives, you'll brief and motivate your team to achieve operational targets, manage staff levels, authorise holidays, and address any employee relations matters in line with company policies.




Additionally, you will:




Ensure all warehouse operations follow company SOPs, WIs, and 5S principles Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence Uphold all Health & Safety procedures, including PPE and equipment checks



About You




To be considered as a Warehouse Team Leader, you will need:




Team leadership and/or supervision experience from logistics or production background Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills A full counterbalance forklift truck licence
