About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager / First Line Manager to support our Rotating Day Shift at Stafford (ST16 1GY).


Shift Pattern: Rotating Days - 06:00 - 14:00/ 14:00 - 22:00

How will you contribute?

oResponsibility for all issues relating to Health & Safety and the Environment during shift
oSupport colleagues through excellent communication and active leadership
oEnsure co-ordination and handover management between shifts
oTranslate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective operations
oEnsure resource availability and skilled trained resource
oDeliver consistent service levels seeking to exceed customer expectations
oEffective leadership, management and communication with all warehouse departments
oResponsible for ensuring high levels of excellence in culture and behaviours
oDisplay a 'can do' attitude to enhance motivation of team
oEnsure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
oEngage with and treat employees with respect and promote diversity
oRecognise and proactively manage continuous improvement initiatives
oEnsure all internal / external KPI's are achieved and regularly reviewed.

oGood analytical and numerical skills
oExcellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
oExcellent communicator (verbal & written)
oKnowledge of Health & Safety requirements
oTeam Development
oAbility to work without direct supervision
oUse of Microsoft Packages including Excel and Word
oWork within a team and able to interact at all levels.
