The Opportunity

Due to a company restructure, we are seeking

Warehouse Technicians

to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including goods in, picking, packing, and despatch.

Key Responsibilities

Timely booking in of goods and accurate labelling Picking and packing of kits and customer orders Operating warehouse equipment and performing daily FLT checks (if trained) Supporting cycle counts and stock checks Maintaining warehouse process knowledge and contributing to 6S initiatives Reviewing daily progress with the Warehouse Supervisor Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485), and health & safety procedures

Goods In Duties

Offload deliveries, check paperwork, and process goods Label and store items using handheld scanners Complete discrepancy reports and maintain stock accuracy

Picking Duties

Pick parts for sales and production orders Ensure accuracy and traceability through correct paperwork Label goods for packing and despatch

Packing Duties

Pack orders to meet customer requirements Label and prepare goods for despatch Support the despatch team and load goods onto courier transport if needed

What We're Looking For

Literate and numerate with ability to read documentation IT literate and detail-oriented A flexible, reliable, and team-oriented individual Good manual dexterity and counting accuracy Effective communication and teamwork Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
