This is your opportunity to play a key role in developing our workforce ?, supporting new starters ?, and ensuring training standards are consistently high across the site ?.
?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Deliver Equipment Training - Conduct hands-on training for various warehouse vehicles including LLOP (standard and T-mote), PPT (short and long leg), reach truck, counterbalance, scissor lift, and pump truck as needed.
Lead Inductions & Manual Handling Training - Facilitate new starter inductions and SMART manual handling sessions to ensure safety and compliance from day one.
Training Administration & Compliance - Maintain and update training matrices, track refresher training schedules, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Update Safety Documentation - Regularly review and revise Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs) to reflect current operational practices and safety standards.
Coordinate with Planning Team - Work closely with the planning department to align training schedules with operational needs, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse activities.

• RTITB Certificate (Mandatory)

• Computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, training systems)
